How do I track my order?

Do you offer a warranty?
Our warranty includes 1 year for exchanges due to manufacturing defects.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Where do you ship?
We’re proud to offer free international shipping to almost every country around the world.
Please Note - When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges, if any, are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please submit a support request as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
What’s your shipping policy?
Shipping is fast and free. We ship orders placed before 3:30 PM PST / 6:30 PM EST the same day Monday – Friday excluding postal holidays.
Shipments within the United States should arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipments outside of the United States should typically arrive within 7-14 business days but may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn't always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes. Typically, customers put APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. You may also ship to a PO Box.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please submit a support request and we’ll see what we can do. We think you’ll love your products, but if not, you can always return them within 30 days of delivery.
